It depends on the work I have to do and my ability to perform it. If I have the capability to complete it, I don’t mind working overtime. However, if I didn’t have the ability to complete the task, it would be risky to take it over.
这要看我需要做的工作和我的能力啦。假如我有能力完成一项工作，我不在意加班。但假如我没足够的能力来完成任务，下面这份工作可能有风险。
I won’t mind working overnight for a couple of days or even weeks in times of tight deadlines. However, I hope the projects are scheduled properly so that working overtime is not too common.
假如时间紧迫的话，我不在意加几天，甚至是几周的班。但我期望工作项目都能有适合的计划，如此加班就不会变成家常便饭。
I am a very responsible person. I have definite planning, and I go with that in a systematic way, so in case I am behind schedule, I will surely work overnight and make sure I complete it in time.
我是一个非常有责任心的人。我有肯定的计划，并且可以系统性的根据计划来做事，因此假如我进度比计划慢，我必然会连夜加工，保证按时完成任务。
I do understand that it occasionally be necessary in the software industry to work overtime. Generally, I feel that the work can be completed on time if we work hard and utilize the work hours well. However, I have no problem working overtime if the project deadlines are very tight and require me to do so.
我了解在软件行业有时需要加班。通常来讲，我感觉假如大家认真工作、合理借助工作时间，任务是可以按时完成的。但假如项目的截止日期非常紧，需要加班，我是完全没问题的。
